As Retrofit Manager at Modern Comfort Systems, Glen (shown left) is responsible for guiding customers through the process of selecting the system upgrades that will best meet their home comfort needs. By looking at the age and configuration of the homeowner’s existing system, any specific problems they want to resolve, and their budget, Glen develops a proposal that uniquely addresses that homeowner’s needs.
Upon acceptance of the proposal, the job is handed off to Paul, our Assistant Retrofit Manager, who takes over full responsibility for job completion, and ensures that the upgrade is completed on time and to homeowner’s complete satisfaction.
“It gives us both a lot of satisfaction when customers call us back weeks, months, or even years later to tell us how happy they are with their decision and the job we did,” says Glen. Paul adds, “I give their home the same attention to detail that I would in my own home -- quality workmanship matters just as much as quality equipment.”
Glen has two children. He’s a BIG Redskins fan, and enjoys woodworking and furniture-building. Paul is a father of four. He also enjoys history and professional sports, especially attending Orioles and Ravens games.
