This offer is a 365 days "Same as Cash" contract between the consumer and Wells Fargo Financial. Finance charges accrue during this period, but you will pay only the cash price, less any down payment, as long as:

• the minimum monthly payments are made as scheduled, and
• this loan is paid in full to Wells Fargo Financial within 365 days from the date of equipment installation.

Should these conditions not be fully met, Wells Fargo Financial will add all accrued finance charges to the remaining loan amount, and new finance charges will be added monthly until the loan is fully paid.*
