Custom Monthly Payment Plan

If we could offer only one tool to help you manage the increased cost of heating your home, it would be our Custom Monthly Payment Plan! 

This popular program makes heating your home more affordable by spreading your winter fuel costs over eleven equal monthly payments, rather than paying for each of your fuel deliveries individually.  (At an average volume of 180 gallons per delivery, paying by the delivery can be difficult to manage.)

Your Plan is flexible and customized just for you!  

When you become a customer, we will help you customize your payment plan in the following ways. 

• Number of payments - The standard plan starts in July and runs for eleven months.  You may also start later and/or make fewer payments.  Just remember, fewer payments will usually mean larger payments.

• Flexible payment amount - We can work with you to adjust your payment amount up or down as needed to avoid a large credit or balance due at the end of the season.

• Add an equipment service plan and roll the cost into your monthly payment. (Click here to learn more about Service Plans.)

• Final credit balance refunded or applied against the following year’s fuel cost.  We also pay you 2% interest on any credit balance you accumulate during the season!

• Payment methods - Worry-Free EFT (electronic funds transfer), check, cash, credit card, and online via check or credit card. We accept Master Card, Visa, and Discover. 

• Price Protection - Enrollment in the Custom Monthly Payment Plan and Automatic Delivery makes oil customers eligible to participate in our “TLC” Price Protection program. (Click here to learn more about "TLC" Price Protection.)

You may call us at any time during the season to make modifications to these options.

No other business that we know of offers this flexibility.  So, instead of making large payments for each delivery, put that chunk of money to use elsewhere by spreading your annual fuel cost over several months!

In addition to our Custom Monthly Payment Plan, we offer the following payment options.

Pre-Pay – by prepaying your entire fuel bill in advance you receive TLC Price Protection at no charge. Prior to the heating season, we will estimate your fuel needs and send you an invoice. If you require additional fuel delivery beyond what has been pre-paid, your account will default to Pay-As-You-Go, and the Prompt-Pay option will be available to you. Prompt-Pay – By paying for your last fuel delivery in its entirety within 5 business days of delivery, you will receive a discount of 2 cents per gallon.  (Currently, this plan applies to oil customers only.  Propane and Kerosene are excluded.)

Pay-As-You-Go -- If you choose to pay after 5 business days, full payment for the delivery is due within 30 days.

C.O.D. – If we are unable to establish credit-worthiness, we will be happy to deliver your fuel with full payment due at the time of delivery.
