This popular program makes heating your home more affordable by spreading your winter fuel costs over eleven equal monthly payments, rather than paying for each of your fuel deliveries individually. (At an average volume of 180 gallons per delivery, paying by the delivery can be difficult to manage.)
Your Plan is flexible and customized just for you!
When you become a customer, we will help you customize your payment plan in the following ways.
- Number of payments - The standard plan starts in July and runs for eleven months. You may also start later and/or make fewer payments. Just remember, fewer payments will usually mean larger payments.
- Flexible payment amount - We can work with you to adjust your payment amount up or down as needed to avoid a large credit or balance due at the end of the season.
- Add an equipment service plan and roll the cost into your monthly payment. (Learn more about Service Plans.)
- Final credit balance refunded or applied against the following year’s fuel cost. We also pay you 2% interest on any credit balance you accumulate during the season!
- Payment methods - Worry-Free EFT (electronic funds transfer), check, cash, credit card, and online via check or credit card. We accept Master Card, Visa, and Discover. Go to our online payment page.
- TLC Price Protection - Enrollment in the Custom Monthly Payment Plan and Automatic Delivery makes oil customers eligible to participate in our Learn more about TLC Price Protection.
You may call us at any time during the season to make modifications to these options.
No other business that we know of offers this flexibility. So, instead of making large payments for each delivery, put that chunk of money to use elsewhere by spreading your annual fuel cost over several months!
