I understand that balances over 30 days will be subject to a finance charge of 1.5% per month (APR of 18%). There will be a $25 fee assessed for any checks returned by the bank for non-sufficient funds. In the event that the account goes delinquent, reasonable attorney fees and court costs will be assessed.

Tevis Oil and Modern Comfort Systems shall not be liable for damage of any kind, other than that caused as a result of negligence demonstrated on our part. No liability shall be incurred for failure to deliver, in whole or in part, by reason, cause, or condition beyond our control.

This agreement is self-renewing. Its acceptance, as evidenced by your signature, will constitute the entire agreement between you and Tevis Oil, and shall be considered personal, subject only to written modification or change.
