The SmartFleet Automated Fueling Card System provides security and valuable accounting information to help your business control costs and optimize fleet operations.

The SmartFleet fueling card is convenient, and can be used to purchase fuel at eleven Tevis-owned service stations located in Carroll and Baltimore counties, as well as lower Pennsylvania.

Unlike a credit card, the SmartFleet fueling card may only be used to purchase fuel.  This gives you greater control of employee field expenses.

The monthly SmartFleet fueling card statement gives you valuable insight into your fleet operations by reporting the following information per vehicle: date and time of purchase, purchase location, type of fuel purchased, gallons purchased, actual mileage, and miles per gallon.

This information can be used to prevent theft, monitor employee driving habits, schedule regular vehicle maintenance, and much more!
